CRST Specialized Solutions is looking for independent contractors (Lease Purchase) to haul specialty freight across the country. As a Specialized contractor, you choose your home time, loads, and schedule. Run your truck on a 2-4 year low-cost lease, and enjoy the profits of your own hard work. Job Details:

  • Solo Lease Purchase Positions
  • Home time is up to you, routes require minimum 1 week out
  • Bonus home time in short periods with CRST Get Thru Home program
  • Driving lower 48 states
  • Manual or Automatic Transmission trucks
  • Driver assist position - loading and unloading freight

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Tolls are 100% paid
  • Fuel discount $0.18 per gallon
  • Top 25%* of contractors gross $4,200/wk or more!
  • $1.75 CPM-based on 2024 average, fluctuates as fuel surcharge changes
  • ALL MILES PAID
  • $2k Sign on Bonus for new hires
  • Low lease expense vs industry average
  • Stable miles - freight available and increasing.

*The top 25% earners typically stay out 3-4 weeks with 3-4 days home and accept 99% of offered loads.

Job Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • CDL A, 6 months OTR experience required
