OTR CDL-A Team Driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable OTR CDL-A Team Driver to join our team. Dedicated FTL from Carson, CA, to multiple locations including

• Carlisle, PA
  
• Northampton, PA
  
• Lebanon, TN
  
• Austin, TX and
  
• Clayton, IN

Drop and hook at the shipper, live unloads by appointments, and backhauls to CA. Drivers must have East Coast to West Coast experience.

Responsibilities:

• Team driving position for transporting from Carson, CA
  
• Drop and hook at shipper; live unload at destination
  
• Run routes to Carlisle, PA, Northampton, PA, Lebanon, TN, Austin, TX and Clayton, IN
  
• Backhaul to CA and repeat the process
  
• Must be willing to team

Schedule:

• 4 weeks out on the road, 7 days home-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guarantee is $1800 weekly
  
• Direct deposit every Friday
  
• Mileage varies between 5,000 to 6,200 miles per week
  
• Comprehensive benefits are available

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

• Must have 18 months of CDL experience with 1 year of OTR experience
  
• Valid CDL-A license
  
• Must have East Coast to West Coast driving experience for one consistent 1 year.
  
• Must be at least 23 years old
  
• Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the last 5 years
  
• Ability to chain tires when necessary

Equipment:

• Late model Freightliners (2020-2024), Automatic Transmissions

Orientation:

• Virtual orientation lasting 3-5 hours, following a completed drug test
