Local Route Delivery Driver

Lakeland, FL

Pay: Pay is based on the driver's daily route assignment.

 • - Enter average annual earnings here

Work/Life Balance Schedule:

 • - Estimated dispatch times: 4:00pm, 6:00pm, 8:00pm - depending on route assignment.

 • - Home every day, 5-day work week, with 2 consecutive days off.

 • - Availability to work weekends and holidays.

 • - Touch freight food service delivery.

Job Description:

 • - Delivering food to a major convenience store brand with refrigerated trucks (no sales, staging, or merchandising)

 • - Drivers are responsible for loading their own trucks at the start of their shift.

 • - Multi-stop delivery routes 8-20 stops per shift, depending on route assignment.

 • - Paid orientation and training

 • - Weekly pay

Requirements:

 • - Minimum 1 year of DOT verifiable driving experience.

 • - Touch freight delivery experience preferred.

 • - Valid Class A or Class B operator's license

 • - Must be 21 and have a safe driving record.

 • - Ability to load/unload using a hand truck and ramp/lift gate.
