Company is a leading source of quality commercial wood doors, laminate countertops, butcher block countertops, and other crafts with beautiful design possibilities. Due to continued growth, we are accepting applications for Regional Truck Driver CDL A Flatbed Driver.
Compensation
Average annual salary approximately $90,000 per year, which includes:
- $0.55 per mile
- $6,000 sign on bonus; Paid out $1,500 after 90 days, $1,500 after 6 months, and $3,000 after 1 year
- $45.00 per stop
- Average 1,900 miles/week
- Typical work days are 10-14 hours.

- Start times vary, based on business needs
- Company will plan routes and stops for Drivers.
- No slip-seating; you are assigned your BRAND NEW 2025 Vehicle with sleeper cab.
- Routes vary- May have 1 overnight or might be out for 5 days depending on route.
- Routes are typically set by regions but have potential to run all 48 states.
- Make 1-3 stops per day; 15 stops consistent each week.
- Must be flexible with work schedule and route assignments.
- Delivering and unloading high-end custom doors and countertops to retail/end users
- Drive CDL trucks to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
- Reporting maintenance/repair issues on trucks and/or equipment
- Flatbed trailers with curtain side - curtain on rollers
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of CDL A experience
- Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical.
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses/
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.
- Be able to lift, push, pull 75 pounds with no assistance.
