OTR Class A Truck Driver

We are seeking experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers for our fleet. This role is perfect for dedicated and professional drivers looking to explore the open road across the 48 contiguous states.

Key Highlights:

• Home Time: Out for 12 days, home for 2.
  
• Coverage: Primarily East of I-35, but you'll go wherever the freight takes you.
  
• Mileage: Drivers average 2,200 miles per week.
  
• Pay: .50-.60 cpm based on Experience
  
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight; 50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload.
  
• Equipment: Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworth trucks.
  
• Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.
  
• Support: 24/7 access to operations specialists ready to assist you.
  
• Experience minimum of 3 months

Additional Benefits:

• Length of Haul: Average of over 600 miles per trip.
  
• Vacation Package:
  
  • 1 year = 1 week
    
  • 3 years = 2 weeks
    
  • 7 years = 3 weeks
    
  • 15 years = 4 weeks
• Compensation:
  
  • Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
    
  • Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
    
  • Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.

Requirements:

• Experience minimum of 3 months
  
• Class A CDL
  
• Must be able to pass drug screening
