Job Summary
The Driver/Applicator, under the supervision of the Order & Delivery Supervisor, ensures safe transportation and application of materials with a focus on excellent customer service. Responsibilities include operating CMVs and various equipment. While most deliveries are regional, occasional overnights may be necessary. Compliance with DOT regulations is a priority, with scheduling and monitoring to ensure adherence to HOS regulations. Additionally, the Driver/Applicator may assist with plant duties as required, contributing to overall operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
- Valid CDL Class A certification and license to include all appropriate license endorsements.
- Valid DOT Medical card
- The ability to operate an electronic logging device (ELD) properly and safely
- Have or can obtain endorsements: Tanker, Doubles/Triples, and Air brakes
- 1-year operating manual transmission
- 1-year operating a Class A DOT vehicle
